Rick was very helpful and responsive. I was having trouble getting a hold of my other contractor, Cousino's Concrete Impressions. Rick was very insightful and helpful in navigating the process. He was accommodating to additions and extra materials that I wanted and also respectfully talked me out of a couple of options that were unnecessary. He followed up in a timely fashion and poured me a beautiful patio that I am confident I will be happy with. I asked for a deeper base of paver gravel (4") and reinforcing wire and he gave those options to me at cost. I would definitely use Rick again.
