He called ahead to let me know he was on his way, which was nice. He worked fast but did a good job. Turns out I needed to replace my kitchen faucet, he recommended a kind of faucet then came back after another job to install it. He also gave me tips on how to avoid issues with the faucet, and he advised me what to do on my own if I ran into problems in the future. I would definitely recommend.

Petrie Plumbing was able to come out right away when we were having problems with water backing up into our kitchen sink and laundry room. They were able to quickly find and fix the problem, and the we felt the cost was very fair. They even gave us a tip to help prevent it from happening again. So thankful for their prompt and effective service! We would definitely call them again.

While he did the work that I requested, I feel that the price he charged was too high. After my experience with him I checked with two other plumbers in my area and found that they would have charged me approximately $135 for the half hour's work that this plumber performed.

Didn't last long. Hot water tank went out completely. Did not use them for new tank. Used another plumber who was cheaper and did a great job for the money.

Mike is a good guy, reasonable rates and friendly service.
Can't go wrong with Mike's company.

Bill came out right away and estimated, then two came bext day and fixed problem in a couple of hours.

After initial assessment, they determined it could not be repaired but needed replacement. Advised on what/where to buy? They didn't charge for visit. Instructed me to call back when parts were purchased. They installed new kitchen sink faucet and apparatus. Very helpful, professional and completed job quickly. Fantastic customer service! Would definitely use again.

I highly recommend him .We called the plumber in the morning and he came out that afternoon. He was prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional.

He had to leave to find a correct as the piece as the one being replaced had a brass finish which is not an everyday item these days.
I would use them again.

Mike arrived when he said he would, worked efficiently and neatly. I don't think it was an easy job because the bathroom is so tiny, and he had to work in a small, crowded space between the vanity and the shower. Nevertheless, he completed the work in the time he had estimated it would take. I was told when I called for the appointment, that the fee would be $85 per hour. He stayed within the estimated time for the new seal, and also repaired a problem with the flushing mechanism and put on a new seat. He cleaned up afterward. I am confident that he did a great job; that the repair will last for a long time.

overall - AAA +++ - we are always called with approx time to arrive and if delayed we are called again...would recommend them and have many times to friends

Petrie Plumbing installed my new water heater and they are now my new plumbing company; if/when I need more plumbing done, I am calling them back. They were very professional, fast, and really seemed to enjoy their work. It's nice to have work done around the house by real craftsman; I never felt it was about the amount of $ they could make from me. I give them my full recommendation.

They are definitely awesome. Michael Petri is the owner of this company. They respond and come out and do a very professional job. They are very reasonable. We recommend them all the time. Their professionalism is outstanding. They are very kind, clean; they cleaned up after themselves, and very courteous.

They were pretty prompt. They did a good job fairly quickly. They came back today to make an adjustment to the toilet. I called them this morning and they were here in a couple hours. I don't have any complaints with them.
