PAM KING

I needed to sell my father's house in Toledo, while living in Columbus. I had one referral to a Realtor in Toledo from our Realtor in Columbus, but I wanted to talk to at least two people. I found Pam King through a real estate agent website. I scheduled to meet with both of them at the house on a Sunday. While the other Realtor believed we could sell the house for more money, I was impressed with Pam's strategy, as well as her marketing presentation. I figured if she could represent our house like she is able to sell herself, then she'd be the better candidate. She also recommended that we price the house close to the absolute lowest price we would be able to accept, and just under (not over) the next search price bracket. For example, if it was priced at $99,900, more people would see the listing than if it was priced at $102,000, because it would capture people limiting their search to under $100,000. We signed a contract with Pam on that same Sunday evening. Pam took photos of the house on Monday morning and listed the house online around noon. By 1:00 pm, an interested party asked to see the house immediately. We received an offer by 3:00 pm, and came to an agreement with them by 4:00 pm. It seems like it has to be a record sale! I was very impressed with Pam and found her delightful to work with. I would highly recommend her.
