The salesman showed up and used every high pressure tactic in the book. We have a small basement area that we wanted refinished (maybe 20' x 20'). At first he quoted $25,000. Then he said, "Well, you live on a busy street, so we could put up a sign and use that as advertising. Hmmm, let me call my boss. OK. Well just for today, we'll only do two of the walls and we'll knock it down to $16,000. But you have to sign the contract right now." No thanks. I think that the product is really a quality product, but unless you are ready to invest a lot, don't waste your time.
Description of Work: We wanted to finish our basement and really liked the idea of the Owens-Corning system, along with the reputation of the company. We called for a quote and had someone come out to give it to us.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB. EVERYTHING WAS FINISHED WELL. THEY GAVE ME AN AMOUNT OF TIME THEY WOULD BE FINISHED IN AND THEY STAYED WITHIN THAT TIME FRAME.

THE PRODUCT THEY USED WAS DEFINITELY UP TO EXPECTATION AND HAS MADE A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN THE COMFORT LEVEL OF OUR BASEMENT. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH HOW EFFICIENT AND CLEAN THEY WERE.

THEY DID EVERYTHING THE WAY WE WANTED IT. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM AT ALL. THEY WERE AMAZING AND VERY QUICK.
