 + -1 moreI called them because they were convenient to my home. They said to bring it in. When I get there, the other person said that no one had told him anything was coming in and to bring the TV in myself. I am 72 and it was hard enough getting it into the car let along carry it into another place. His place of business was a total mess! I bet there were over 100 televisions stacked up and only an aisle to walk through. If I had taken it in there, he never would have found it.
Description of Work: I tried to get my TV repaired by them.
