Lang Electric

Terrible, horrible service and customer service. We called Lang Electric to fix our electrical problem in our kitchen. They arrived in the morning and after five hours at our house they were still not able to fix our electricity. When I disputed their nearly $600 invoice they threatened to put a lien on our home for not paying the entire amount. They told me that they need to be compensated for their time regardless if they were able to fix our electricity. After 5 hours we told them to leave our house and we called Perrysburg Electric 419.666.5211 who was able to fix the problem in 90 minutes with excellent customer service.

My dirt bike was stolen by an employee from Lang electric. Midway through the job an employee made an inquiry about buying my mini trail dirt bike that ive only had in my possesion for less then a week for his young son i declined and said it was not forsale. A day after the job was completed the lock was cut off the garage and so was the lock that was attached to the dirt bike while I was at work. This bike was only in my possession for less then a week and no one else knew I had this bike except Lang electrics employee. He never had permission or any reason to enter the detached garage but for some reason was snooping around and came across the dirt bike. The contractor was notified of the incident but I was ignored and never received a follow up call.


They also failed to restore electrical service to the garage.

We always use Lang Electric for our electric services.  Mr. Lang is a great guy, and the tech that comes to do the work in the house is really a wonderful man and he does very good work.  They have rewired the house and we have had no problems at all.  We will use them again in the future for any electrical work that has to be done.
