I've never started from scratch before-with bare windows. I had no idea what I wanted to do, but felt pressure to put something up and fast. After much looking, Beth helped me figure it all out and I am happy. I didn't spend a lot of money so I can change things when the mood strikes. I even bought some panels that I didn't like once I had them up and took them back with no problem. Beth is very friendly and I'd recommend asking for her if you need window treatments and go to Penney's!
