Everyone at Frogtown is personable, patient, and professional. Jennifer in the main office is an excellent communicator; we always knew what to expect and when via phone calls, emails, and texts. Andre Lemerand is knowledgeable and friendly and sets very high standards for the company: his inspections prior to his estimate and then the day after the job was finished were detailed and thorough. His answers to all my questions were like a mini-seminar in roofing technology. The ten-man crew that did the tear-off and installation was a well-oiled machine of polite, professional young men who reflected the good leadership they received from their crew chiefs. This was a very enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend Frogtown Roofing Plus to anyone who has any issues with their roof.

OK... admittedly spending money on my roof is not what I wanted to do. However we got 3 quotes Frogtown was there next day to do a inside/outside inspection. They were the only one to do that. They didn't try to sell me anything basically walked me through what they found, gave me options (some included waiting a couple of years to address). Price was great considering the level of detail they went through and the problems (some water damage) they found during inspection. I know that the other roofers hopefully would have found and fixed but it would have cost more then the quote. I loved the NO SURPRISES guaranteed quote. They were on time, got the roof done, cleaned up and were gone. Perfect.

Overall I was pleased but there were minor issues that needed to be redone. They were eager to please and did fix minor issues though it took several visits. Crew was professional and seemed to care about their work. Price was not the lowest but I had the most confidence that they would do the job right.

When I found a water mark on my son's ceiling I feared I might have leak somewhere in my roof. After talking with friends and neighbors, Frogtown came highly recommended. I was able to set up an appointment that was convenient for my schedule. The Project Manager was prompt, in fact I was the one running late for the appointment due to my work schedule. The Project Manager was very understanding and accommodating. Upon arrival to my residence, he did a thorough  inspection of the attic. He was very professional and neat. I was afraid there may be damage to the roof, he believed it was possibly snow that had gotten in and melted. After he went up onto the roof he explained the roof was in fact in good condition, but he found the seals around the soil stacks were bad and were in need of repair. He gave me a quote of 250.00 for the total cost for the repairs. The crew was very neat and the work was completed without any delay or issues. I was told if any other problems arose to call them and they would be happy to fix any issues I may have. 
I have not had any other problems with my roof, even after this winter. I will gladly call Frogtown Roofing again and would recommend them for any roofing job. A+.

First I called them for a quote. They got back to me the same day and came out and inspected the damage and gave me a quote, which was very competitive. The representative, Patrick, was extremely informative and personable. He set up everything immediately and his crews were there within 24 hours and did a great job. The repair work matched the original surfaces. We were very pleased with their work, their professionalism and they even cleaned up after themselves.Overall it was a great experience and would highly recommend them to others.
