+ -1 moreWatch out if you have to do business with her. She gave us the impression throughout the whole process that she didn't know what she was doing at all. She lied about an inspection report. She stated things the inspector didn't report. My husband and I also feel she did not do her due diligence in making sure her clients had the funds and loans they said they did. The buyers didn't have the needed credit and that could have easily been checked by Darlene at the outset to save a lot of people strife. It was a long, bumpy and painful ride that strung us along needlessly for weeks. Home buyers and sellers beware.
Description of Work: Darlene was a buyers agent with Danberry Realty while we were trying to sell our home.
