Description of Work: Services provided were in connection with a new vehicle that I had just purchased (no charge). I was extremely happy that some of the staff at this dealership (including my usual service dept. contact) had come from another Ford dealership (Kistler) that I had grown VERY unhappy with in recent years (since new ownership had taken over Kistler). I will be going substantially out of my way to have my new vehicle (a C-MAX hybrid) serviced at Brondes Ford Lincoln Maumee. I know the service will be dependable and trustworthy (re: only performing what is really needed and at a cost that is valid). Also, I look forward to dealing with people I both like and trust.

 + 0 moreBrondes Body Shop did a good job with the overall body and paint work. We were disappointed that the headliner was damaged in the upper right hand corner. It is hard to see if you aren't looking for it, but we noticed after inspecting their work. I would still use them again as the body and paint job were excellent.
Description of Work: Brondes Maumee was one of the body shops that our insurance company allowed us to use. We decided to go with Brondes after discussing with the body shop manager, how the work would be done and how the paint would be matched.
