Anthem is very easy to contact with any questions as well as having a very user friendly website. Billing is always accurate but if you do have any issues or concerns, they are very professional and courteous in explaining the EOB's and answering any other questions that I have asked. I would recommend Anthem as an Healthcare Insurance Provider.
