Very well. Technician was polite and very well trained. He had the equipment on his truck, and worked diligently to get wiring properly placed in a 125 year old house. A good experience.

Salesperson was a very nice guy.  We knew pretty much what we wanted and ADT from my research was the way to go.  This was confirmed after our initial meeting.  Installation crew was awesome, provided additional information on products, how to set up system, etc.  No issues, great service thus far.  $1000 is for the 2 year contract with them.

They are really a solid, good company. I got a price from a competitor and asked ADT if they would meet the price and they ended up cutting my bill in half. They are stable and have a good reputation; I like the services they provide. They have good customer service.

When I got divorced, the company refused to take my ex-husband’s name off the form, even though I insisted that I owned the house. They made me call him, something I did not want to do. It’s been a long time since I ended the contract. They were very unhelpful. At the time, I didn’t know how much money I had, and I didn’t want to pay the annual fee for the service. It was a pretty large amount, and my husband was the one who initially signed the contract with them. The installation was fine. A couple of times we had a false alarm, because the alarm was extremely sensitive.I will never use them again.
