House Dr. Jeff is a lifesaver!!! After discovering that a contractor made an error in his wiring, I called Jeff to assess the situation. He answered right away and came out same day. Not only did he discover the cause of this life- threatening mistake, but he found a serious error made in the wiring of another electrician who will be held accountable for that repair. House Dr Jeff corrected the wiring to the outlet for which I called him, making my home safe again and restoring my peace of mind! He is a contractor you can trust, that is knowledgeable, responsive, and affordable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Jeff called me right away. I had other electricians willing to do the work, but none willing to climb the ladder to my roof where the problem existed. He looked at the problem, formulated a corrective action, and returned the next day to complete the job. One of the best things about Jeff is that he made himself immediately available, as opposed to "we can be there on Monday next week," he showed up when he said he would, and called to keep me informed. 5 stars. I'd hire him again!

Do yourself a favor and hire literally anyone other than Jeff. His conduct was not only unethical, it was unhinged! The job, which should have been straightforward, dragged on for six days. When he sent the invoice, it was $1,000 over the amount I expected. I requested a breakdown of the charges and a revised invoice. He ignored my request started bombarding me with aggressive, disrespectful, and increasingly hostile messages demanding payment. I didn't refuse payment, I was just waiting for the correct invoice to be sent. Instead of responding professionally, he escalated the harassment, sending messages at 2am while continuing to berate me. This was the most unprofessional correspondence I have ever had with any service provider. His behavior was predatory and misogynist.

Please do not order work you can?t afford $300 labor- $200 in parts. 2 days- diagnostics and one part failed to fix. Second fixed it. Replaced electric motor capacitor. Anyone else would have just told you to replace the pump which is $1000. Please use facts. When it was time To collect, suddenly ?major surgery?? Lol- thanks KAREN- have a good day. 2 days work- 5 days to collect"

I was disgusted about the service he left the ceiling tiles down, left the ladder in my sewing room and he threw the antenna over into the neighbors yard, and the antenna was placed under the trees, and now I am experiencing weak signals for cable.

"Roger- The antenna was cut from the mast and fell into the yard. It wasn?t marked whose yard. It was then gathered and placed next to your house. I do not dispose of old antennas. As far as weak signal goes- you are covered under a lifetime warranty. If you are having issues- a simple phone call would have solved your issue. I?m not infallible but certainly didn?t know you?re having any issues. We can?t fix your problem if we don?t know the problem exists. Gotta call me -"
