Warstler Furnace LLC

We purchased our furnace & AC from Joe Warstler almost 2 years ago. We had an electrical surge that damaged a part in our furnace which in turn did not allow our AC to work. We were desperate for help. We emailed Joe about 11:00 PM that evening & he contacted us the very next morning. He came out that day & fixed our furnace "free of charge" because it was under warranty. He is such a compassionate business man. He came on a Saturday with his wife & 3 children in the car on their way to a family outing. He was "that concerned" about our comfort on a hot summer day with no AC. His work is impeccable. He also replaced our thermostat. We had talked about it several months ago & we had no idea that he remembered it. What an honest & reliable business man. The Bible says to give honor where honor is due & Joe Warstler is definitely an honorable man.

We “highly” recommend Warstler Furnace LLC. They are excellent & we mean excellent for AC & Furnace installations. Joe, the owner, & his installers, Cody & Nathan, are so knowledgeable in their field. Joe ordered the exact units we needed for our size home. Cody & Nathan installed them perfectly. It only took one day for both installations & they worked “hard” to do that for us. All three are so friendly & efficient in everything they do. We found them honest, trustworthy & truthful. You can’t say that now-a-days about many other companies. The installers were so careful about every detail & cleaned up afterwards to the extent of even wiping off every finger print that they may have left. The AC & the Furnace work wonderfully. They are so quiet & cool / heat our home lightning fast. We were so amazed at how fast the AC cooled our home when we first turned it on. The digital thermostat they installed is easy to operate & works like a dream. We had several other estimates before hiring Warstler Furnace LLC, but Joe beat every estimate in a big way. He even had a special platform made to set the furnace on so we could easily change the furnace filter. Is that service or what? We can’t say enough about this company. If you want great workmanship & worry-free installation, contact them & get everything done right. We are two very happy & completely satisfied customers.

Joe and his crew did an excellent job and addressed any concerns I had. So far the AC is working well. It's summer time, so haven't had a chance to use the furnace. The only real problem was the Trane furnace and A-coil unit were damaged, yet the boxes were not...so this delayed installation. I don't blame Joe for that. Joe is extremely knowlegeable on installation and it was the main reason I chose his company.

Joe and his crew of two workers were punctual, professional, and completed the work to my satisfaction. It took one day for the old furnace removal, and new furnace installation, so we were not left without heat overnight. The next day the installation of the A/C outdoor unit, line set, and filling and testing for the correct amount of refrigerant was completed. Joe returned again with one worker to complete the installation of the whole house humidification system to the furnace ducting in about 1/2 day. All in all, I rate the work performed by Warstler Furnace LLC as excellent, and believe that Joe Warstler installs his equipment with the care and attention to detail as if he was going to be using it for his own home.

Now that the house's first summer with A/C has past, I feel that an honest review is due. As a do-it-yourself type of person I like to know what's going on with my house so Joe received countless emails and calls from me in the year leading up the install date with questions about equipment, pricing and prepping for the install. I received a very timely and informative response each time despite his busy schedule. Come install day, Joe and crew arrived on time, worked all day and completed the job same day. The existing furnace was removed quickly and replaced with a high efficiency option with cased N-coil. A new disconnect with mounted outside to the house with new wiring. A PVC exhaust line was also run out through the wall. The guys explained everything and tested the system. The install was clean and any leftover mess was cleaned up. I intend to use Warstler Furnace again and would recommend to others.

Joe came in and checked out our old furnace. We already knew it was going to need replaced and had received a quote from another company. Joe was able to do the job considerably cheaper. He was very informative and professional throughout the entire process. He even came back later and replaced the thermostat when our old one was not working properly. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

It went very well.  Joe seems very knowledgeable, and he was also very professional.  Part of my job includes hiring contractors across the country, so I am familiar with the process of working with a new contractor.  There were things that Joe explained to me and showed me, and options given and explained, which allowed me to see that he knew what he is doing and that the work would likely be done correctly the first time.  I would highly recommend him to others.

I was very pleased with his work. He did a great job. He took out 2 shrubs and moved the air conditioner unit to the side of the house. Where he said would be better. Cleaned up and hauled the old away

My AC system was old and on its last leg. I called Joe, he came out dressed professionally. He evaluated my current AC system with a very high tech looking digital device. He confirmed that it was time to replace the system. He reviewed all the options without any sales pressure. I was provided a good, better, and best solution. He also did the install and is a perfectionist. Absolutely 100% satisfied customer and would highly recommend!! His price was outstanding as well!

So in January my furnace started making very strange noises and taking a very relaxed approach to its job. After a short bout of depression, I knew that I had to go on a quest to find the best possible furnace for the best possible deal. I searched far and wide in the Northeast Ohio area.

After several expensive and confusing quotes from big and little companies, I found Warstler Furnace LLC. Right out of the gate Joe explained in great detail everything about the new furnace, how it worked, how it saves energy costs, and how it would be installed. The installation part was of great concern to me because I have seen some of the work that other companies leave you with, not my first rodeo. Joe assured me that he would never short cut an install and everything would be taken care of just like it would be in his own home.

I believed him and I have to say that I am extremely satisfied with the new furnace, the installation, and the service that Joe provides. The job was clean from the adapter that Joe made to install the new furnace to the pipe that was added for the high efficiency chimney. The electrical work and gas plumbing was also done very well. Joe used all new and high quality parts to connect everything up. After Joe left, I inspected all the work he did. I could not find one thing that I thought was wrong or out of place and that is saying something because I looked very hard.

I am very impressed with the quality of work and the quality of the furnace. I do not hesitate in any way recommending Warstler Furnace LLC to anyone needing a new furnace.
