Mike is highly skilled, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend his services. The estimate was for repairing mortar joints(tuck pointing) in the brick around the front porch that, over the years, had become loose and fallen out as well as caulking between brick on the side of the housing that had also become loose and fallen out with the side of the house where this occurred.
Mike also identified areas in the foundation outside the home that needed repaired and repaired those areas at no additional cost.
Mike also showed me where the front stoop had separated from the front porch and he repaired this at no additional cost.
The cost of all these repairs was done for the cost of the estimate.
