our builder did not allow us to pick granite slab. We were disappointed with look of granite and fishures. Tower informed us that it was just the natural defects in stone. We were disappointed that our builder didn't offer us the opportunity to select slab. Builder and Tower offered to allow us to purchase new slab to be installed with some discount. tower came back and re polished counter. We accepted as is.

Sales rep came to house with samples so I could match kitchen granite with some other granite I already had. Was very helpful. Was able to tour their facilities later to pick out granite remnants for the small bathroom vanities. Got a great deal and saved money by picking out higher end remnants for the bathrooms because the vanities were small. Installers were excellent and did a great job.
