The Right Way

The guy who came out to give me an estimate didn’t feel like sitting here to write it out and he was supposed to mail it to me. I called them and sent them emails about 20 times between May and November. Each time they kept telling me that he was going to send it or they don’t know why he hasn’t as yet. They have never done it. I also told them that if they didn’t want to do the work they could tell me and I would find somebody else. They told me they wanted to do it and they never responded. I never even got the written estimate. They just kept jerking me around and wouldn’t give me an answer and tell me why they were not giving me an estimate. There’s was a good price but not the best price I had. I liked what they were going to do but unfortunately they didn’t do the work. I was not happy with the way they handled this whole thing. I just wanted an estimate. I was willing to wait until next year for them to do the work. The office woman was telling me how busy they were so I though I would schedule them for the spring. I don’t know what is going on. I had a bunch of waterproofing guys come out and they all seemed to be busy which I guess is a good thing.
