RICH HAS A GREAT EASY-GOING PERSONALITY AND SUPERB QUALITY. HE ENSURES THAT THERE ARE NO ASSUMPTIONS AND THE RESULTS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. WITH FOUR SMALL CHILDREN, I WAS A LITTLE CONCERNED ABOUT NAILS AND SHARP PIECES OF WOOD BEING AROUND. RICH'S CREW LEFT EACH DAY WITH THE ROOM SPOTLESS! VACUUMED AND NOT A SPLINTER LEFT ANYWHERE.
