Ottley Crew's team ruined my vintage hardwood floors. I paid them a $1,000 deposit. They did not have the right equipment or skills, and did not show up in a reliable, consistent manner so the job was behind schedule. My floors were gouged and uneven. He wanted to stain before the proper prep work was done. My home was full of dust and my furniture had been out on the front porch during stormy weather. I hired another contractor who showed up promptly, repaired the damaged caused by Ottley and sealed and polished my floors with a few days. Now they look beautiful. Ottley Crew has not returned my deposit so I'll have to take them to small claims court.
