Residental spring changes are $140 for a single spring and $190 for double spring change and includes first hour of labor, spring, cones, lube and adjustments to door and opener. Additional parts are chargable. Trip charge is $30 for jobs that are over 60 miles from store. Warranty for service work performed is 30 days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
The door jumping was caused by the improper original installation of the door seal. Since we were replacing that seal anyway, the newly installed seal solved the jumping problem.The door was operating very smoothly when they left, and we are very satisfied with the results.
