I have been a customer of Gordy Graybills for over 20 years for the services described above. Over those years my experiences have varied from excellent to somewhat disappointed as follows. The Showroom Shine paint sealant and annual reseal is fairly priced and effectively keeps your vehicle looking like new for a very long time. When I first started getting this service the annual reseals were very impressive whth what amounted to an exterior and interior detailing in my opinion. Over the years the exterior reseal has remained satisfactory while the interior work has deteriatedto a mere vacuuming of the floor. The electronic rust protection is fairly priced and seems to work. The 1998 car that I had it installed on was just starting to show a little rust on the body when I sold it in 2012. There was some frame rust on this car, but I don't think the electronic rust protection is intended to work on the frame, just the body. The annual inspections are hassle free and are usually done at the same time as the Showroom Shine reseal. The external graphics were reasonably priced, expertly installed and looked as good as new when the car was sole 14 years later. The aftermarket cruise control installed in 1998 was, as I recall, reasonably priced and worked well for the 14 years I had that car. The cruise control installed in 2011 seemed somewhat expensive - over $400.00 - and the installer has left some parts that were removed for the installation under the hood of the car and I discovered them a week or two later. So far the cruise control is functioning satisfactorily. Gordy Graybills' window tinting is top notch! It is reasonably priced, expertly installed and there have never been any problems with the tinting over the years. The window tinting on the one car was still in very good condition when I sold it after 14 years. Overall my experiences with Gordy Graybills' services have been varied. When I enter their reception area I sometimes have to wait for someone to show up to wait on me which I find to be unprofessional.

I called a couple of times to ask about their service on undercoating and paint protection on my new 2012 Dodge Ram. They told me about their undercoating process and their never wax again process. And I scheduled an appointment to have them work on my truck. I picked up my truck in a Rain storm and was unable to visually inspect the truck at that time.I inspected it several days later only to find that They had overspray all over the out side edges of the exterior of the truck ware they were supposed to have put their never wax again paint formula.That I paid 220.00 for them to apply. Also in the engine compartment and the chrom running boards and the chrome wheels.And when I went under the truck to check out the undercoating they had missed many areas that should have been covered. It was my understanding that when you got a vehicle undercoated the purpose was to stop rust and prolong the life of the vehicle. So I called them and they told me they would redo all that was done incorrectly. They cleaned off some of the undercoating and overspray but didn’t get it all and had new areas on the truck that had even more overspray on it. So I called them again and told them about it they told me to clean off the overspray with kerosene. And I ask them about the paint protection I had them apply and the told me it wouldn’t hurt that. So I told them I was unhappy and would never use their services again. That was OK with them and they made no offer to make it right Thank You Daniel J Wells PS.
