BFI WASTE SYSTEMS/REPUBLIC WASTE SERVICE

Dropped off a 20yd dumpster for construction materials exactly where I requested it to be left. I had the dumpster for 2weeks. They did however not pick up on the agreed day and had to call them. They did pick it up on the second agreed upon day without any extra charge. Wish I would have been more familiar with the size of a 20yd dumpster because I would have rented a smaller one and saved myself 30.00. The phone call to set up the rental was not smooth. They called for two days straight at times I was not able to answer the phone. When I would try to call back the person assigned to my call was not available and I finally had to be more assertive to get someone to answer my questions and set up the rental. I also was forced to come in to work the day the dumpster was being dropped off and the ladies at the Massillon office were wonderful and polite about taking my payment the next day when I could drop off the check at their office.

Republic Waste has always done good. For the most part, they put the trash can right back where it belongs. I will continue to use them in the future.
