B-Jay's Landscaping and Draining

The work was never done and it has been over a year since I heard from them, so I am assuming that I owe them no more money. I paid them half the money down and they started the work but they never finished the job. I had paid him about $750 and I still owed him $1100 but he never came back and finished and he didn't do it as stated. He had guaranteed that my garage would not leak, but he had not put that down in writing, and he never called back. The side of my garage had water coming in and there is still water coming in. He talked me into doing things that I didn't need as we went along like windows in the garage and stuff like that but he has never come back and finished it. It is still leaking and you can see where it is not finished. The price was too much for what he was doing. He was to start work at about 8 o' clock in the morning but wouldn't show up till noon. I am just upset with the whole deal.
