The service was patient focused. The costs and treatment were explained beforehand. The fillings look natural with no pain after. Very satisfied with the care.

Being this was my first implant I had no idea what to expect so I received 2 other opinions before settling on Vita Dental. The doctor spent 30 minutes to privately answer my questions and review the steps of the procedure. The surgery took less than an hour and I experienced only minor discomfort afterwards. The implant crown tooth perfectly matched the adjacent teeth and felt like a normal tooth.I was very pleased with all the steps and Vita is a first class institution.

The doctor did a great job with my treatment. I appreciate that he always let me know the next steps and showed me videos explaining each procedure. I felt like I was treated very well and I am very happy with the results. 5 star treatment!

I have anxiety about seeing dentists, and did not have very good experiences with other dentists. My Daughter Cat told me about Vita Dental, and to be honest I only went because she told me I was going, and to give them a chance. And I am so happy she did, I highly recommend Vita Dental. You walk in and meet the people who runs the front desk, they are friendly, caring, and very professional. My dental hygienists are so awesome, caring, compassionate, and fun to be around. My dentist is Dr. Jordan, and I am so grateful to him, I told him about my concerns and he listened to me. He told me what he was going to do, and was caring and compassionate during this process. Dr. Jordan and his staff helped me get through this process, and I am now not afraid to smile anymore. I can not even to express how much I appreciate everyone at Vita Dental! Thank you I got my smile back!!

The work was presented in a methodical manner with financing options. The doctors were pleasant and patient. The surgeries were as expected with no issues. Each step of the planned treatment was phased and explained in detail. The staff constantly followed up with me to update me on the process of my treatment. The implants and crowns feel natural and no one could tell I was missing teeth. I would rate the care I received over the last year as excellent.

My neighbor had recommended Vita Dental for implants after he had a good experience and result. I have been interested in implants for many years to replace an unsightly bridge that was impossible to clean. The doctor did a 3D scan which I didn't not even know was possible and none of my previous dentists had. He reviewed the scan, showed how the implants would be placed in the bone, and discussed the procedure step by step. He must have spent 35 minutes talking with me. The day of surgery I took a sedative pill he prescribed me and I have very little memory of the placement which my wife said took about an hour. I took the next day off work but that now seems unecessary as I had very little discomfort. The worst part of the process was waiting for the implants to bond to the bone. Once the crowns were placed you cannot even tell I was missing teeth to begin with. I actually had to show my wife which teeth were implants and which are my real teeth.

I was born with congenitally compromised teeth which I have been trying to keep in stable shape for decades to no avail. I have seen the top dentists in 2 cities and have spent thousands of dollars with only short term results. I harbor no ill feelings toward these dentists as they did their best. Upon meeting the two doctors at Vita I felt something I haven't felt in years, hope. They didn't immediately present my options as they wanted to consult with a specialist to determine if I would be a candidate for a certain treatment. They took time to determine the best options and spent 45 minutes reviewing photos, showing videos, and answering my questions. I felt confident in their knowledge and experience and I proceeded with the recommended treatment. All in all the treatment took 7 months and turned out amazing. I wish I would have gone to Vita a decade of go. It sounds cliche but they changed my life.

The perfect mix of excellent treatment, professionalism, and patient experience. I initially found vita dental through my sister. She has been going to them for years and her teeth look amazing. I had some dental work fail after a few years and i was done bargain shopping for my care. I wanted to get my mouth fixed right and I knew it would be an investment and it is true you get what you pay for. The cost was a little higher than average but the result were better than I could imagine and everything feels great. Take it from my experience it is better to pay more initially and know you got the best rather than paying for treatment a second time to correct a mistake.

They went above and beyond for me. They have a commitment to providing excellent care in a comfortable environment. The dentist and staff are fantastic and talented. I have been their patient for several years now and I have undergone a number of different treatments and they all worked out great. They take time, both before and after the treatment, to discuss the procedure and answer any of my questions which I do appreciate. I did not think my smile and chewing ability were salvageable but they have my mouth in the best shape since I was a young child.

Great dentists, great hygienists, great office. Front office staff is HORRIBLE. They do not follow-up, do not follow their own petty rules, and are flat out nasty. I thought it was just me, but read similar reviews online. I tried to reach out to the dentists to discuss, but either they are complacent with poor service or my messages were not passed along. Either way, I am no longer a client simply because the front desk staff is bad.

I was incredibly impressed with the way the treatment was presented and performed. They pre-authorized the treatment through my insurance company and explained the finances accurately. I never experienced pain during the procedures and I could tell they were focused on my comfort. The office is technologically up-to-date and absolutely beautiful and inviting. The staff are courteous and attentive. The doctors are highly skilled and compassionate. I have recommended this office to many of my friends and family.

I had some dental issues related to some neglect over the years. The doctors and staff never made me feel bad about the condition of the mouth and were reassuring they could get me back to 100%. I never felt pressured into treatment and I took it at my own pace. It took several visits but I have never been so proud of how my mouth looks and feels than I do today. If you want a excellent and compassionate office I would definitely recommend this practice.

Vita Dental is far and away the best Dental practice I have ever been to. On this visit I saw Dr. Jordan, who is not just a great Dentist but a really nice guy. He takes the time to ask how you are before he even gets to the matter at hand. The staff is first class as well! I have never been comfortable about visiting the Dentist but since coming to Vita Dental and Dr's Jordan and Shaftel, that apprehension is eroding away! I have another appointment to remove a rather large old filling in tooth that is becoming increasing cranky and I am certain I am in good hands (Just hoping I can make it another week!). This practice is led by outstanding Dentists and a first rate staff.

Each of my appointments have gone very well. All of the staff members are very personable and professional, and i always walk away feeling like they truly care about delivering high quality service and the health of my teeth and gums. i'm always put at ease and all of my questions are answered with a great deal of patience and openness. Went in to see what was causing pain in right side of my jaw.
Please I am posting this review to advise new patients or old to please be aware of all x-rays
and ask questions before each one is done.
I was given a $300.00 bill for just x-rays no other work was do, nothing was wrong and several of the x-rays were done twice! What was really upsetting they knew I had no insurance going in. So be pro-active for your own care and ask questions to see if procedures need when there is no problem.
