After watching the market for several years we decided it was time to move and looked into selling our home to purchase a larger home for our growing family.  We met with several realtors and determined the Liz Spear Team of Re/Max Elite was the right choice for us.  They were personable, friendly, motivated and professional.  We spent about 3 weeks preparing our home for sale.  We wanted to make the best first impression possible so buyers would see our home as a move-in-ready option.  Liz and Bill took the time to walk us through their contract and ensure that we had no questions before we listed with them.  Bill and my husband, another engineering numbers guy, walked through all of the comparables and numbers to understand why our house should be valued at a certain price.  They also took a lot of time to study the comparables and determine that homes at first glance were not really the same as ours.       After a few days they came back to take pictures of our home for the listing (We weren't quite ready the night we signed the contract). I was quite impressed with the quality of their pictures.  Liz took the time to take panoramic style pictures that allowed buyers to see the openess and space in our home, something that would have been missed if they were normal width pictures.  They also provided a virtual tour that allowed buyers to see a video of our home, not just a slide show of the photos the realtor provided.  Bill and Liz listed our home on every site possible for maximum exposure, some of them have fees associated that they provided .  Their marketing campaign was so successful that we had several showings within hours of our home being listed.  The foot traffic was constant, after all you have to have people come through your home to find the right buyer, and we had 24 showings in 18 days on the market.  We had a multiple offer situation which Liz and Bill walked us through every step.  Weighing the different offers and determining who would be best to work with.  In the end, Bill and Liz put in a lot of effort to help us find a buyer that agreed with the value of our home. This was the first time we have ever sold a home and it was a wonderful experience.  The Liz Spear Team are now helping us buy our next home.
