THE CLEANING GUYS

I would say it goes pretty good over all. A couple of times there were spots they missed that were dirty. But they'd send people back to fix it. The guy they send is really nice and polite. My opinion is that they're not great, but they're better than the other ones I've hired.

They were certain things in my house that they were suppose to clean. When I called them to correct this they never returned my call.

Because I am not on a regular schedule, I don't always get the same crew, but for the most part, the individuals sent have been very good. They all try to be thorough and conscientious. They are clean cut and friendly and will respond well to requests. These are high-energy young people (and not all "guys" like the company name implies). They clean whichever rooms you ask, and as thoroughly as you request. Generally, I have been quite pleased with only a few things missed now and again. If you point these out, they will take care of them immediately.

They started out good and then the service got done faster and faster and I noticed gunk on my shower, the baseboard were dirty, they didn't clean around the bathtub grout, and the dusting was thorough. They showed up at all different times on my day so it was hard to predict when they would be at my house. One time is was late afternoon and I called to cancel the service. The company representative was short and unresponsive to my request.

They are reliable, honest, trustworthy and excellent house cleaners. They are punctual and they are good with my 100 lb. people-loving dog who likes to steal their rags and try to get them to play chase.

Overall, I am satisfied with their work. The owner of the company is usually one of the people present, and makes a good effort to ensure that they are meeting the customer's expectations.
