+ -1 moreWhile, He has a Right to defend his rates, he was extremely rude from the begining and finally asked me to hang up as he was busy and did not want to waste his time answering my questions - WOW - I thought Carpet Cleaning was a easy thing to fix but this gentleman was unprofessional and hence did not get my business.Would like to let others know so that they do not face the same situation as I did.
Description of Work: Extremely Rude, Told me that he was busy and I was wasting his time, had a 129$ Valpak Coupon for 8 rooms which was totally misleading as it seems he was counting even the landing of the Stairs as one room - and finally for an actual Carpetted Area of 6 Rooms (4 of which were less than 150 Sq Ft), he came up with an 199$ estimate - including the Walk-in Closet, the Bathroom floor and the landing of the Stair as separate rooms
