Jack Stauffer is a young guy and doesn't understand customer service. While he and his crew which included his Uncle were putting on the concrete steps I asked him to smooth out the sides before I went off to a meeting. When I came back the same side of the steps were rough. I asked him to reinstall the steps but he refused. He doesn't care about the customers opinion of they work he does.
I had questions about what type of seed to use for my lawn that he regarded but he didn't know what type of seed is best for Ohio. I did my own research and found some fantastic seed for the yard. For someone who claims to work in landscaping, he didn't have much knowledge of the details.
Basically, he may be a good businessman when he gets in his 30's and has responsibilities, but for now I would stay away. He just doesn't care about the customer and tends to argue quite a bit.
