Great! I can always count on Tariq and his professionalism. I have used his services for both CVG and DAY airports. He is a safe driver and has a very clean car and is very dependable as well. Unlike typical cab companies I never worry if Tariq will show up because if he makes a commitment he always keeps his word. Although Tariq drives for some of the biggest companies in Cincinnati, he always treats me like I am his only customer!

Even though my flight was delayed, they were tracking my airline and were still able to pick me up. They were will to meet me in the airport or outside at baggage claim. It was up to me. Upon my arrive, they text me confirming that they were at the meeting location I had requested. Its a lot nicer than taking a cab. I have used them 5-6 times.

Car arrived on time. Car was a little tight for all our luggage, but I know they have a van, also. Driver was friendly and willing to converse as much as we wanted to. Safe, comfortable ride to the airport and back. Did a good job of dealing with some flight cancellations and delays that we encountered. Driver called me at the airport on return to ensure that we knew where to meet him once we got our luggage. We were a little surprised when the driver requested cash payment rather than credit card on our return trip, but it was not an issue and he would have taken a credit card if I did not have cash.

Shafi was wonderful! Very professional,friendly,courteous, and got us to our destination in a timely manner. Communication was excellent; several phone calls and text messages as reminders and to put our mind at ease,to assure us that he would be waiting for us when our plane arrived. Our plane had been delayed and Shafi was right on top of it. He monitored our arrival time via the internet and knew exactly when we landed. We highly recommend Statzer for all of your shuttle needs; we certainly won't hesitate to use his services in the future.

On Friday, Jan. 17, I had an 11:00 am appointment. Due to the heavy snowfall, I decided to call a taxi / shuttle service to take me to Fairfield. The private drive that I lived on had more than 3 to 5 inches of snow without being treated. The driver was able to maneuver out of my street with little difficulty when he arrived at 11:15 am after the snow plow made an initial attempt to clear the street. I arrived safely even though the roads were not all treated including the driveways. The driver was very friendly and competent and took my mind off the hazardous conditions of the side streets and roads. The driver waited for me after my appointment to return me safely home. I got the best service and I was willing to pay for a comfortable round trip ride.

Driver was prompt, arriving a few minutes before the required time on each end. He was very friendly, professional, and flexible. We had 6 people instead of the originally quoted 5 people and he had to wait a little extra on each end as well, but that was "no problem at all", in his words.

It went great! Did what they said, on time, and for the right price.

The man that drove the car was fine. He drove well. The woman that drove the mini-van was a horror. She should not be allowed to drive at all. We had to tell her to stop at red lights, and she accelerated toward every red light, only to slam on her brakes at the last second. She stopped once in the middle of a busy street abruptly, and another time as she was getting onto an expressway, she crossed the shoulder and went onto the grass! She is a ten car pile-up waiting to happen.

I remember they were right on time and did a very nice job. They were a little pricey I think but they are reliable so sometimes when we have an early flight, we can pay a little extra to make sure they show up.

I was highly impressed by the responsiveness, courtesy, immaculate vehicle, and overall impression of the service. The driver is highly professional in appearance and demeanor. This service would be very good for business-related needs - not your average taxi!

My wife and I used Statzer for one-way transportation from our home in West Chester to the Dayton airport. The car was clean, the ride was comfortable, and the driver was courteous. We would use Statzer again.

They were excellent! They were able to arrive on time and they were very courteous in handing on the bags; they were very prompt picking her up and delivering her back into our house.

We were a little nervous because we had never used a car service; however, it turned out to be an excellent experience. The driver was courteous, helpful, punctual and professional. He also was waiting for us upon our return to CVG with a sign with our name on it. Our flight had been delayed 1 hour and even when we called the company, they already knew we were going to be late. As part of their service, they monitor flights. It was late when we arrived and we so welcomed not having to drive 75 minutes home. We were given 2 cold bottles of water. Life is good! We will use Statzer again, and we think they have spoiled us for life -- we won't be driving to and leaving our car baking in an airport parking lot. We highly recommend this business.

They were very accommodating. They also followed up with me and kept me updated. They let me know when they picked my son up at the airport and after they dropped him off at his apartment.

The service was excellent in every aspect. Due to the cancellation of an late evening flight, I found myself at 10PM needing transportation to the airport at 6:30 the next morning. After reading the reviews on Angie's List, I contacted the company as directed for after hours requests. I promptly received a call back and the service was quickly confirmed. The driver was prompt, very pleasant, and professional.

Looked at several courier and delivery companies in Cincinnati. Prices ranged from $160 upwards with exeception Statzer Services Inc with a cost of $49. Other companies had boxing requirements which added to the bill. The frame was wrapped in paper and Statzer took it as wrapped. Other companies wanted me to bring the frame to them and had a 2 day ship time. Statzer was on site within an hour of my initial call (1 PM) and responded immediately to my request for a quote via email and they have same day delivery service. They were very professional and prompt even though it was the afternoon of Chistmas Eve. I highly recommend Statzer Services, Inc. for deliveries within the Cincinnati metropolitan area.

The overall quality, professionalism, courtesy, and punctuality were outstanding. The cost is more than a typical taxi service. Not including tip the usual $32 taxi ride cost $42.

I first used Statzer Services Inc. in December 2011. Most recently, I set up service for transportation to and from work for one week. Why did I choose their service again? Reliability, professionalism and quality. EVERY PICK-UP, they arrived before our agreed scheduled time.
