Car was exactly on-time for the pick-up and was waiting for us when plane landed. The schedule was confirmed by them a day before and the days of the service. Late model Camry very comfortable and driver friendly and professional.

Only one word can sum up my experience with Statzer Services: “Outstanding!” Mr. Shafi was on time (5:00am) for the drive from my home to CVG airport. The drive was pleasant with great conversation. Mr. Shafi is a safe, attentive driver. Also, provided email and phone notifications to confirm scheduled appointments. Upon my return, I provided an incorrect phone number, and Mr. Shafi could not contact me. Nevertheless, he made the extra effort to meet me in the airport terminal, holding a sign with my name, to make sure he found me for the return trip home. It is so good to know there are kind people like Mr. Shafi who take the extra steps to provide an excellent experience for their clients.

Tariq was punctual, nice to talk to and the ride was smooth. He took care to avoid downtown construction and traffic.

Very well. Tariq and his team are very responsive and understanding especially since plane flight delays now seem to be common. His company can cover around the clock and to date, I've never missed an outgoing flight.

Excellent!! Pick-up time was very early (5:30a). Driver was on-time. Very helpful with luggage. Car was "luxury" category; nice, quiet music. Overall, just a pleasant ride and overall experience. It is a little pricey compared with Uber, but the service provided was worth FAR MORE than the slightly higher price. Value was received.

The service was precisely on time to take us to the airport and was waiting for us when we returned. The owner Tariq Shari checked with us before pickup to insure the proper time and flight number. The service was for two people and the car was comfortable including bottles of water.

On time and very professional.  Smooth ride.  Will plan to call again for our commute to and from CVG.  

He was on time including a 12:30 AM pickup at the airport. He helped load and unload our luggage. His demeanor was professional but not cold, nice conversation during the ride. The car was clean and roomy.

I was especially pleased that the driver was waiting for me at baggage claim when I got home. He was very personable and professional. After a long week on the road it was nice not having to worry about getting home from the airport. I feel the service is well worth the price. I will definitely use Statzer again.

 The car arrived early, but I was told that I did not need to hurry. On the way to the airport,  I had the opportunity to chat about my exciting trip awaiting me and other interesting topics.The driver was very helpful in assisting me in navigating the curbside check-in and encouraging about some questions I had about luggage.  We made arrangements for my being picked up at the airport upon my return.  I felt respected and taken care of.  I would recommend Statzer to anyone who needs transportation. They are professional and friendly at the same time.

Overall excellent experience.    Tariq Shafi, owner, kept in contact with us for several days prior to scheduled pickup at airport.  Our plane was late, over an hour, and Tariq was monitoring flight status and remained near airport and contacted us continuously to insure we coordinated our meeting at baggage claim.
Vehicle was very clean and conversation with Tariq was informative and educational.  Ride was comfortable and completed without any issues.  Certainly better then fighting traffic at airport and on the road at the end of a long trip.

Tariq was awesome. The car was very clean and safe. We had a very nice conversation the whole way.

My daughter and guest said their experience was great.  The driver picked up the fare as scheduled, was friendly and most importantly, got them to the airport safely and on-time.

The service was excellent and I will definitely call on him again when I need a taxi. It is hard to find a reliable taxi out in the suburbs. I would definitely recommend him to all of my neighbors.

I had a very early morning flight out Monday and returned very late Friday night.  I also had 2 very heavy suitcases.  They were on time and wouldn't let me help with the suitcases.The owner was the one to pick me up Monday per my request at 4 am.  He was very thoughtful and did not ring the door bell but called my cell to let me know he had arrived so as not to awaken the entire house.  An associate was waiting my return (the plane was even late).  Both gentlemen were kind and respectful. Note: the cost was higher than normal because I was leaving exceptionally early and arriving rather late, I understood this going in. The service is well worth it especially when I will be gone more than 5 days.
They appreciated that when I sent the email from Angies list that I wrote my cell number and email in the message to them.  This made it easier for them to follow up with me.

Shafi at Statzer was great to work with.  We had several changes, in terms of the number of people needing transport and number of pick up/ return locations, from our first communication to the actual event date. Each time Shafi was very agreeable and flexible to our needs.  We ended up with two vehicles to accommodate our 12 people.  The charge for 12 people was to be $390.00 ( 65/ couple) The drivers of Statzer were punctual and extremely courteous.  The vans were clean and comfortable.  Everything went very smoothly.

We had a very last minute change from 12 people to 10;  One couple had an emergency come up and was unable to join us.  Shafi at Statzer was understanding when it came to payment and agreeable to the payment for 10 instead of 12. 

I do think, their price per person is a tad high, compared to local competition. That being said, you get what you pay for and  I would definitely pay the extra and use Statzer again for to the excellent. quality service they provide.
