Rich sets the bar for professional service providers.  He showed up exactly on time for the original estimate, provided a more than competitive written estimate shortly thereafter, accurately communicated his availability to start the job (out 3-4 weeks), went above and beyond in helping to provide some expertise on the component of work that I planned to do myself (even picked up some very handy "shark bite" valves at the hardware store that enabled me to very easily do some plumbing on my own), and left the work location clean and proper at the end of every day.  Beyond that, he's just a plain good guy that you will feel very comfortable doing business with for whatever need you have.

Rich provided us with an extremely professional and detailed estimate with specific measurements and blue prints in July 2012.  Although we didn't begin the project until August 2013, he still honored the original estimate and covered the additional price increases in copper and lumber. 
With the exception of hanging the dry wall, Rich completed all of the work himself including the framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC. tile work, painting, and bar installation. I appreciated that Rich was on-site at all times even as the dry wall crew was working . We are very pleased with the end result and that the project came in on-time and within the initial budget. I would highly recommend Rich for basement or general home remodeling needs.
