Pool and Spa Place

I contacted the Pool and Spa Place and spoke to Mr Ed Young asking him about taking wrinkles out of my pool liner Mr Young made and appointment and was on time on inspecting the liner Mr Young suggest that I might want to think about replacing the old liner since it was 8 years old and looked bad.I agreed and voice my concers about the new liner having wrinkles Mr Young at that time told me not to worry that the new one would not have any that the old liner was too big and that why i got the wrinkles. When it got to Mr Young business he called me and made a date to come out to install the new liner.This process took a bit of time as Mr Young had a lot of calls and other customers wanting some pool work done as  opening  and etc.But I dint mind since Mr Young was very nice and seem to know a lot about pools.Once the liner was install it looked very nice no wrinklers etc perfect fit. In opening the pool in 2012  I noticed that some wrinkles had formed by the steps so I call the pool and spa placean dmr Young answered the phone I told him about the wrinkles and asked when he could come out and fix them after a few mintues of talking he said that he call me back in about 2 weeks which was ok with me. after 2 weeks went by no phone call from Mr Young I called him back and again ask him siad he was super busy and be another week or so again I said ok  again no call from Mr Young Then Mr Young stop answering the phone when I call him and this whole season he has not call or accepted my phone calls which I stop making as I realize that Mr Young word was no good and that he does not stand behind the work that he does. I feel like any Company should stand by the work they do and Mr Young did not..
