No problems at all. I appreciated their tips in design and use of the bookcases. Things I wouldn't have thought of. They created drawings, a quote, and when finished delivered when they said they would. The craftsmanship is wonderful.
Description of Work: I had them build two bookcases and a corner cupboard for me.

From the time I sent a deposit check until the furniture was delivered was 9 months. Any time I called there were always more excuses for why the furniture was not ready yet. The best was when his finisher distressed the furniture when I had specifically requested no distressing. Obviously some communication problems within the company. The furniture was started over at that point. I should have requested my deposit back then and did not.
Description of Work: Built a pencil post bed, 6 drawer chest and 3 drawer nightstand out of tiger maple.

I HAVE JUST LEARNED OF THIS REPORT, OTHERWISE, I WOULD HAVE ALERTED YOU EARLIER THAT IT IS NOT ACCURATE. THE COST STATED IS INCORRECT. THE SEQUENCE OF EVENTS ARE ALSO INCORRECT. INITIALLY, THE MEMBER ORDERED A BED. THE BED WAS FINISHED WITHIN THE SPECIFIED ESTIMATED TIME FRAME. BEFORE WE COULD DELIVER THE BED, HE PLACED ANOTHER ORDER (ADDITIONAL BEDROOM FURNITURE). HE CHOSE TO HAVE EVERYTHING DELIVERED TOGETHER. WHILE WE ESTIMATE 12-16 WEEKS, WE STRIVE TO COMPLETE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. THE MEMBER'S 2ND ORDER BEGAN A NEW 12-16 WEEK CYCLE. THIS WAS EXPLAINED TO HIM. AN ITEM IN THE 2ND ORDER WAS FINISHED INCORRECTLY. I TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THAT. I NOTIFIED HIM OF OUR MISTAKE. HE SAID HE UNDERSTOOD AND NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT. WE RE-MADE THE PIECE AND FINISHED IT AS NEEDED. THE ITEM IS LARGE AND REQUIRED SPECIAL MATERIALS. IN THE END, HIS ENTIRE ORDER WAS DELIVERED. YES, LATE, BUT NOT NEARLY AS LATE AS HE INDICATES IN HIS REPORT. HE HAS EXAGGERATED THE FACTS WHICH IS UNFORTUNATE. EVEN THE INDIVIDUAL GRADES THAT HE GAVE, WHILE SUBJECTIVE, ARE INACCURATE. OUR QUALITY IS A AND OUR PRICE FOR SAID QUALITY IS ALSO AN A. THIS IS WHY HE ORDERED FROM US TO BEGIN WITH. OUR RESPONSIVENESS IS GOOD AS IS OUR PROFESSIONALISM. IF WE TAKE A HIT ON A PARTICULAR GRADE, I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THE PUNCTUALITY COMPONENT, BUT EVEN THEN, THE STATED GRADE THAT HE INDICATED IS NOT JUSTIFIED. I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT THIS REPORT BE REMOVED, OR CORRECTED TO REFLECT THE TRUTH.
