We had a different vet each time. We didn't have any issues or concerns.

We go there often, our dog has a heart murmur. We actually brought her in a time or two because of some health concerns. When we went in the only things was the bedside manner one time, but the service is fine.

The vet interacts well with my pet. The wait time is about 10 minutes. Over the years I have developed a good relationship with them and think they do give veterinarian care.

Awful. For the last 3 times I've been there, I have had to wait over 40 minutes, even though I scheduled an appointment. The front office is so busy, you can stand there for over 10-15 minutes before any of them make eye contact with you to just acknowledge you are there. Our 12 year old has been misdiagnosed three times now. I have stuck it out with them for 2 years, but I am now looking for another vet. They promise to call back and they don't. I called for a refill for medication and they said it would be available by 1:00 pm that day. When I arrived at 3:00 pm, and waiting for acknowledgement from the front office as usual, I learned they didn't fill it and had to wait another 20 minutes. It is time to look for someone else. Highly rated I see and growing, but there isn't enough front office staff who are personable and skilled vets. In all of my visits, while waiting, I have talked to others who said it used to be a great practice but now not so much. The hours of operation are nice but be cautioned - you are going to wait!!!

I drive 30 min to come here, even though there are many vets closer to my home. They are not only the most reasonably priced vets around, but the level of care and concern for each and every pet is remarkable. Each vet is very friendly and knowledgeable, as are the sweet vet techs that love on my dog when he comes in. Do Not confuse them with Mason Pet Hospital, which is right across the street and MUCH more expensive! These lovely folks remind me of the vet offices from long ago - when clients were treated like friends, not ATM'S.

Mason Pet Family was attentive to my cat, and very reasonably priced.  I will be going back.

We have taken them here for check-ups and emergencies. They love animals there! They were wonderful and very caring people. They are very well priced.

They gave me specific instructions about bringing my cat in for the blood work.  The blood work is optional, but recommended and I like to be on the safe side, so I had it done on Saturday morning, then on Monday took her in between 8 - 9 am.  They took her back and I was instructed to call at around 1 pm if I wanted to check on her.  I did call, they told me she did fine and the cleaning went well and I was able to pick her up after 4pm.  No muss, no fuss. 
I have been going to this veterinary's office for about 7 years.  I was referred there by another of their client's and I have not been disappointed.  Dr. Carr is so kind and caring, just wonderful with both of my pets.  She never recommends something that the cat doesn't need.  For example, during the annual exam Dr. Carr will look at her teeth.  Rather than recommend a teeth cleaning, she will scrape any tartar off my cat's teeth right there, herself!  I got the cat's teeth cleaned myself, my own suggestion and the cost was very reasonable. 
The staff is friendly and they have never complained about my frightened pets.  They treat them with love but with authority.  I have my cat's annual exam and shots there every year.  I believe all their prices to be reasonable, have never ever been shocked at their rates.  They also, as of this writing, clip claws free with exam. 
Two years ago I had to have my older cat put down because of kidney disease.  Dr. Carr never recommended I do anything I wasn't comfortable doing and she gave me all my options for him.  A couple of months later I knew it was time to have him put down so I called and they had me bring him right in.  I had the choice of what to do - be in the room or not, keep the body for burial or they would take care of him and I could have him buried or cremated.  I chose to be in the room and I was so sad, but happy that they gave me the option, and the doctor allowed me some time to myself with him (I needed to pull myself together, too).  A few days later I got a condolences card in the mail signed by the entire staff!  What a wonderful surprise and what a wonderful group of humans to be taking care of my cats!

I love the doctors and staff here. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I have one dog now who is 3.5, but previously brought my 10 year old lab and 12 year old cat here so I've bringing my animals here for about 6 years and have never had a bad experience.
This summer has been a rough one for poor Malcolm because of the fleas he's had some skin issues. Dr. Alessi has been very patient with me and my over protective dog mom mode - answering my million questions. His skin is looking much better now!

I thought it was a reasonable amount of money for the office call and they'd take us whenever we have an issue. We had a great experience and we would highly recommend them. They have caring professionals there and their staff is amazing and we're very pleased.

It was $200 for the teeth cleaning and $50 for the blood work. It was pretty much my first time there. They are very friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. The reason my dog was there was because he would have a tooth pulled. They had to put him to sleep and when they put him to sleep, they went ahead and did the teeth cleaning. It started as a teeth cleaning and then they inspected the teeth. Upon inspecting the teeth, he actually didn't need to have it pulled. They explained all that and they were very thorough in the after care instructions and called with a followup on how he was doing. I switched vets and went to them because their price was more than half of what my vet was going to charge for it.

We left their office confident that our dog was going to be ok. The doctor and staff was very loving toward our dog and patient with all our questions.

I liked the visit and continue to take my cats to them.  Scheduling is easy. Their costs are less expensive and more moderate than another vet I had been taking my animals to.

Very professional, made both of us feel comfortable, my kitten actually did better than me with the blood tests and shots.
