They have done a fine job for us. I don't have to worry about anything. They just come and do their job. We have been with them for about 6 months. They haven't done anything wrong.

Some people did a good job. However, most of the people they sent did not do a great job. They provided their own supplies for the work and they were not good. After they used the vacuum, the house would stink like rubber. Their communication between the office and the staff was terrible. They even sent someone over once when we had cancelled the appointment. We have cancelled the services and complete the housecleaning ourselves now.

They have been cleaning my house for about two years. They provide all of the supplies and equipment for the work. They send the same four or five crew women for the job. I have two dogs and they ensure to send out people who are animal friendly. They have been great!

Unfortunately since my last positive review when they had been to my house twice and service seemed to be very good, it went down hill from there.  Every visit through the remainder of 2013 was disappointing.  Rooms were not dusted, some rooms skipped completely, details in other rooms ignored.  I complained but to no avail - nothing changed. I cancelled my service in Jan 2014,  Marc Steiger did not respond to my emails regarding the issues - basically ignored me.  A month later I get a promo email that said "Come back to Maidpro!" -- seriously... unbelievable. Why would I do that!?

I am shocked at so many positive reviews of this company.  I chose them because of these reviews and was sorely disappointed.  First, the estimate I was given did not match what I was being charged and because I never received an invoice, I didn't see the discrepancy until I got the credit card bill - I was never told of a travel fee and assumed that the amount I was told on the phone included tax but it did not. 

Second, the quality of the cleans was very poor overall.  A checklist is provided of what was cleaned but every week I found something that was "checked" on the list but was still dirty.  ie, the floor under my kitchen table had not been cleaned; one of the kitchen sinks had not been touched, baseboards not dusted, kitchen table still had food crusted to it (I have small kids).  A month ago, I had to call and complain because my kids bathroom had not been done at all, the floor and shower were dirty.  Then 2 days later I noticed mold growing in my shower so I'm not sure if that was cleaned either.  If it was cleaned, it wasn't cleaned well.  Almost every week it was a different crew of ladies coming too, so there was no consistency and it showed me that it wasn't just a certain crew that provided poor work.

.  Originally, I was given a time slot to expect a crew and after cleaners didn't show up during that time slow, it was very frustrating.  I have small kids and purposefully planned time for us outside of the house to be out of the way.  When I came home, the house hadn't been touched.  Cleaners arrived just as I was cooking lunch for my kids and getting ready to put them down for a nap.  I did complain and the owner even came to my house and heard my concerns about timing and the consistently poor quality.  He promised to adhere to the time slot and make sure that my house would be cleaned first thing in the day.  Well, this past cleaning day, the crew didn't show up till 11:51 and told me they were sent to another house first.  After 6 months of trying to work with this company, and work out the kinks, I'm done.

We have them provide house cleaning once a month for over a year now. Typically we have the same person coming every time. She is very friendly and detailed in her cleaning. If there are special things that need to be addressed she can handle that, it may take some preparation from me, but she can handle that: clean the oven, clean an area rug requires cleaning supplies provided by me. The only negative is that she might bring along a trainee which distracts her from taking care of everything herself. During a busy season, like around holidays, there might be a small team working together. That seems to work well, also. Typical amount of time for a cleaning is 3-4 hours.

The first time they came out, I thought they did a good job. They were thorough and I like the quality. For the last few times, I’m not sure with the people. It was okay but it wasn’t as good as the first time.
