It was great communicating with Dave before his visit. He asked about the issues, explained his billing and we agreed on time. I asked him to call me before his visit, so he did. Overall he did a great job addressing issues I was having with network.

Called and scheduled an appointment. He showed up on time, was polite and quickly identified and corrected the problem

I laid out the services I thought I needed in an email to Dave who replied promptly with a rough estimate of the amount of time it might require and an approximate cost. We then scheduled a time for him to come to our home which was at my earliest convenience. The whole process went very smoothly even though there were a couple of unexpected glitches. Dave troubleshot those and resolved them. These were problems I doubt I could have easily solved on my own. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful with additional tips so that we felt comfortable to begin working with our new computers and printer.
