LINER SPECIALIST

Beware of this contractor. One of the worse experiences I have ever had with a company. Owner is dishonest and does not follow up on his word. So many attempts made to resolve the issue on my behalf with no resolution. Eventually, I had to hire a different liner repair company to resolve/fix the issue. Once they have their money they'll never follow up on anything else. Do not hire.

The installation went well. Fast forward one year and the liner is coming loose from the wall in several places. I find that no pool liner lock bead was installed. I have tried to contact the company for this and what I thought was a leak earlier on. I also asked for advice on how to fix and got no response. I have received no response what so ever from them. I guess once done they are gone.

Excellent work done. Many liner color/pattern choices. Work was done ahead of project time frame. No hidden charges. No mess left behind. Owner was in constant contact with us. Kids were swimming in the pool 3 days after they started (despite the new water being stone cold). A very professional company that I would definitely deal with again.

POOL LINERS ARE THIS COMPANY'S SPECIALTY, AND IT'S OBVIOUS THAT THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. OUR POOL DOESN'T LEAK ANYMORE, AND THAT WAS OUR MAIN CONCERN. IT LOOKS BETTER, TOO.
