While most plumbers near the top of the Angie's List listing would hardly listen to what needed to be done before giving an incredibly high estimate, Jerry listened and I didn't feel like he was trying to get off the phone. He spoke to me for quite a while and gave me advice on what valves to look at all before I even hired him. I had already removed the tile and opened the wall since we were going to upgrade the bathroom. I sent Jerry a text with a picture of the existing plumbing and he gave me an estimate that was more than fair. Once he started the the work he made unforeseen adjustments to the piping due to the valves I had purchased and finished the job in a timely manner. Hiring Laux Plumbing was one of those times in life where you know you made a good choice. I'm glad I took the time to go past the top of Angie's List and find an independent local plumber. I've used Laux several times in the past and they're top notch. This time they came out on time, repaired the toilet and replaced a corroded shutoff valve. Costs were explained up front. Work was done fast.

As always Laux Plumbing was very responsive when we called about our leaking kitchen faucet. Andrew came and immediately diagnosed the reason for our leaking kitchen faucet. We ordered the needed parts from Moen and Andrew returned a few days later and installed the new parts. He was on time and very professional for both service calls. We always call Laux Plumbing with any of our plumbing needs. They are excellent and a class act!

I bought the toilet, & had it right next to bathroom. Mr. Laux removed the old toilet, installed the new one in about 45minutes. He took the old toilet.

We made appointment for the next day. The plumber, Andrew, arrived and immediately went to work in diagnosing the problem that we were having with our leaking garbage disposal. He indicated that it was cracked and needed replaced. He had a new disposal on his truck and was able to replace the disposal. I also asked if he could tighten a loose hot water dispenser and a small leak in our bathroom faucet. He completed these issues and did not charge for them. We are very happy with his work and are glad that we now have a "go to" plumber for future plumbing problems. I highly recommend Laux Plumbing!

Jerry came the next day on time and immediately analyzed the problem...the wax ring needed to be replaced. Within 30 minutes he had replaced the wax ring and also the flush valve gasket which was not working properly. This fixed the problem. Jerry has done plumbing work for us numerous times. Each time he has been on time and professionally fixed our plumbing problem. Laux Plumbing is our "go to" company for our plumbing needs.

The plumber from Laux was professional, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation and was able to quickly go and find parts at Menards. He finished everything in less than an hour. Stoppers and faucets are now working fine; the vanity area was left clean and tidy.

I am a novice homeowner and this plumber was friendly, polite, and informative. He answered a lot of questions about the plumbing in the house we had just bought and moved into. He even advised against some of the work I thought needed to be done - saving me money. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future.
