We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Jim Hood. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. He is honest and hands-on and really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" he worked really hard to make this house ours. Jim walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. And it worked! My husband and I are living in our dream home. We will continue to recommend Jim Hood to everyone we know.

Well, there were times when I was ready to give up. Jeff could see my frustration, but he always smiled and kept moving. He always had worlds of advice and encouragement. Sometimes rather corny, but I got his point: don't give up. It's hard go get into details about a real estate venture. It is what it is. All I can say is they made the task a lot easier, and sometimes even fun.
