THE ATMOSPHERE OF THIS SMALL SALON IS VERY FRIENDLY. THE STYLIST KNEW ABOUT COLOR PRODUCTS AND HELPED ME SELECT AN APPROPRIATE COLOR. SHE DID CONVINCE ME TO DO A TWO-COLOR PROCESS THAT WAS MORE EXPENSIVE AND I PROBABLY WON'T DO AGAIN JUST TO COVER MY GREY. THE FIRST CUT I RECEIVED HERE GREW IN VERY WELL AND WAS EASY TO MANAGE. THE SECOND CUT BY THE SAME STYLIST WAS NOT AS GREAT BUT THEY SCHEDULED ME FOR A TOUCH UP AT NO CHARGE. THE TOUCH UP WAS HANDLED VERY WELL WITH NO ATTITUDE OR ILL EASE. I MAY TRY A DIFFERENT STYLIST NEXT TIME BUT EVERYONE IS SO FRIENDLY THAT THIS WON'T BE A PROBLEM. IT'S A VERY NICE SMALL AVEDA SALON WITHOUT ALL THE HYPE OF SOME OF ITS COMPETITORS.
