Great job! I had disassembled an exterior touchpad-type of door lockset for what seemed would be an "easy" DIY adjustment to a loose thumbturn. After encountering some unexpected difficulty, I disassembled some more parts. Realizing that the thumbturn had no adjustibility, I proceeded to reassemble the unit, but I did it wrong so that the key got stuck in the cylinder. After some more fiddling and disassembly, the key cylinder totally fell apart and became a pile of tiny springs and pins -- the "tumblers" that fit to the pattern of the key. (Google images for "5-pin key cylinder" and look at the complexity of this little thing!) It seemed I had gone beyond "the point of no return". So, I called High Speed Lock expecting to pay for a new cylinder and key. Erik arrived on time, looked at my collection of parts, and said he could rebuild the cylinder. After a few minutes in his truck, he reinstalled all the original parts, except for new springs and pins inside the original cylinder housing. The original key still works, and the lock is back to normal. For a very reasonable price, I got great service and learned a few lessons too.

Great. Something broke in the latch mechanism of our front door lock. We could turn the handle but it would not move the latch, so the door was stuck in the locked position. I pretty much destroyed the lock but could not open the door. Eric was able to come the same day I called. He sawed out the latch, to open the door. He then installed a new lockset I had already purchased beforehand. Great and timely job. Thanks.

Mr. Heller was flexible in setting up a time for the service call. He arrived promptly with all equipment necessary to complete the work. He worked steadily and efficiently from door to door. In the middle of the job, I realized I wanted a deadbolt lock installed on the passageway door between the garage and the house. He added this task to his list, charging a reasonable fee for drilling the necessary holes and cutting the necessary mortises to install a new deadbolt lock. He lubricated all locks and tested them all with one key to insure they all were keyed alike. When his work was completed, he brought in broom and dustpan and swept up any debris from the installation. Throughout the work, he displayed a pleasant, professional demeanor. I am glad my real estate agent recommended that I contact High Speed Lock for the task.

Eric was prompt, courteous, and most of all, knowledgeable. His shop hours are by appointment only, but he made every effort to accomodate our schedule and needs. We will definitely use his expertise in the future and highly recommend High Speed Lock.

Highly recommend! Erik was on time and very professional. He explained all the options for replacing the locks on my front door and re-keyed 4 other locks to have 1 key for all of the doors in my home, 7 locks total. Pricing was very affordable. I had a lot of questions and Erik answered all of them...I'm sure I drove him crazy and he was so patient and very polite!!
