We recently purchased a home and discovered through the inspection process that there was an issue with the fireplace that was leaking into the ceiling in the basement. We contacted Barry and he was able to answer all questions we had as well as discuss next steps to ensure this issue was resolved fully. When Barry and team came out, they went above and beyond expectation, removing and cleaning all bad material and replacing them, cleaning some rusty pipes, scrubbing problem floor areas and even left an air filtration system in place over night to prevent cross contamination in the other areas of the basement! He also was able to look at some other areas which had suffered some mold damage, let us know if they were a concern and tell us specific products to use to eliminate these issues as. We have two young children so it is extremely important to me to be raising them in a clean, healthy environment and I can now rest easy knowing that Barry and team were here to help!

They were prompt and professional, and after just a few minutes were able to determine that there was no active mold problem (all the old damage had been due to a prior leak that was at some time repaired). They actually refused to charge me for the visit because it was so brief and there wasn't any work for them to do after a few quick tests. I hate to admit that I was shocked by their honesty! They don't often make them like that these days :) I'm absolutely sure they'd be the one's I'd call in the future for any mold problem. Thanks!

Very professional. Fast and courteous service. Did a great job.

Barry did above and beyond what we hired him to do. He really cares and takes the time to explain things to us. He also helped see other minor items around the house that needed to be fixed. He referred a couple other people which were a help also.

They took care of the problem.

We had a few scheduling problems around the holidays but they were very fair and cleaned up very well.

They got to the job quickly and worked hard at extracting the water. When the basement was dry it was hard to get them back to replace the items and they were very much in a hurry to leave. We are older and could not do some of the work our selves, I would have been very unhappy. All the reconnecting of stereo and TV equipment that they removed was left for us. I have not had experience with other companies, so I don't know if this is normal. But I would expect the room to be put back as it was before they were there.

I hired this company to clean a few small areas of biogrowth in my basement where water had found its way in. Barry was very knowledgeable and identified the sources of water intrusion within minutes. I received estimates from three companies and Healthy Indoor Services' was the lowest of the three. I likely would have hired Barry even if his estimate hadn't been the lowest as I was most impressed by his ability to identify my issues and explain to me how they should be addressed. Healthy Indoor Services completed the work in a timely manner.

Healthy Indoor Services is not 'very good' they are EXCELLENT! I have (and will continue to ) recommended this company to all my friends - just in case they ever should need their services. Barry knows the business,is very pleasant to work with, and completely understanding. Healthy Indoor Services went above and beyond to help me during a very difficult time -- I feel that I've made a friend - not just a business acquaintance. If felt they did a fair job, however, the invoice came in over $100 their quoted "maximum" they damaged the basement carpet and drywall in the stairwell to the basement and have not returned our house key.
