Excellent, Donna did a beautiful job. She was also punctual and I didn't have to wait around for her to do the job. She was able to do it a few days after we talked. She was also friendly and very personable.

We hired Donna to strip the wallpaper in our dining room and then hang new paper. When she arrived with her scaffolding, I expressed concern over her desire to roll it across our brand new hardwood floors. I offered to help her carry it into the dining room. and place it on the Ram Board, with which we had covered that floor for protection. She was very irritated with my concern, even though the scaffold had obviously been used for many jobs and looked a mess. She proceeded to roll it across my floor while talking to me. She told me she never had a problem in all her years of work. I gritted my teeth, but thankfully, there was no damage done. Once she was in the dining room, I pointed out the new electronic touch screen heat/AC control on the wall and told her it shouldn't get wet. I showed her how quickly it could be removed and to please let me know when she would be working near that corner. I would remove the face plate at that point to make it simple for her to paper and to protect the electronics. The a/c is turned off when the face plate is removed and I wanted to keep the room as cool for her as possible so I didn't do it right then. Again, she sounded irritated. Donna started on the wall farthest from the control and worked her way around the room. At no point did she call for me. I came in to see how it was going and saw that Donna had already sprayed the walls next to the control with DIF and was irritated when I pointed out that she sprayed it on the touch screen! I took the face plate off and applied the press & seal. That took about 30 seconds. Again, she seemed irritated and repeated how she has never had a problem in all the years she has done this work. Donna also expressed what a perfectionist she is in her work and how if someone ever made a mistake she felt you should own it and point it out to the client. She wasn't happy when I pointed out that the paper she hung over the window was crooked. The pattern drops about an inch off. She said the thought our window was crooked. She checked it and the window was fine. She just made a mistake. Thankfully the top of the drapes hid her mistake, so nothing needed to be done. Donna was ok, but I felt she resented me voicing any of my concerns. Perhaps she was having a bad week, but I'll hire someone else next time.

Donna Fritz was great to do business with. She returned my call promptly and scheduled our work within the next week. She was prompt and professional. The mural looks great and her fee was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend her services.

Donna did a fantastic job, very professional.  I used her again for the hearth room and it turned out great!  So I have come up with several other projects for her.  I am a very particular person and Donna more than lived up to my expectations.  I highly recommend her.

In the dining room, Donna removed the wallpaper, washed and prepped the walls, sealed the walls with Kilz, and applied two coats of paint. The crown molding and area from the chair rail to the baseboard were painted a contrasting color to the one on the upper walls.  This required a steady hand and Donna did a fantastic job.
The entryway, stairwell, and hall were even more challenging.  All of these areas were covered with grasscloth wallpaper, which was very difficult to remove.  In addition, reaching the top of the stairwell required Donna to put up a scaffold. Neither my husband nor I would have ever attempted that ourselves, but Donna appeared to do it with ease.  As with the dining room, she removed the wallpaper, washed, prepped, and applied Kilz to the walls before applying two coats of paint, and they too turned out beautifully.
Donna is punctual, reliable, and pleasant.  She cleans up after she is finished and hauls away the old wallpaper and other debris. She is an extremely hard worker and barely takes a break throughout her long and strenuous day.  We would highly recommend her for any interior painting or papering job.

I was very pleased with her help and her work. She definitely knew what she was doing I felt that she was very reasonable and very good! I would definitely use her again for wallpapering.

Bottom line is the new wallpaper looks great.  Removing the old paper was more of a job than anticipated leading to an extra day and about $100 more in cost, but this was still a bargain.  I enjoyed working with this company.

Donna came in and completed a job that we considered a nightmare.  The wallpaper was over 25 years old and had been improperly installed prior to us buying our house.  Some of the paper was already down and had been easy to take off.  Other parts the paper on the drywall came off as well.  Since this job was beyond our abilities, we contacted Donna.  She came in and removed all of the remaining paper.  Then repaired the drywall that was damaged.  Once that task was completed, she sized the walls and installed new wallpaper.  It was a multi-day job and each day they cleaned up all the mess leaving the house very clean.  The job was started on time, completed on time, on budget, and looks great.  We were so happy that we had her come back and do another wall!

I called Donna on a Monday and she finished the job by Wednesday.  She was a pleasure to work with and the wallpaper looks great!  I needed to get the job done fast to surprise my boyfriend when he came back from a business trip - he arrives today and I think he's going to love it :)  I would recommend Donna to friends and family.

My experience went well. After closer inspection, there were some places that didn't match up. However, she was very quick and efficient.
