Property Management
Four Corners was the management company for our neighborhoods' Homeowners' Association beginning in June of 2008 - October of 2009. We ended our contract early due to a lack of follow through on both contractual and non-contractual items which include (but are not limited to) paying bills on time and full disclosure ofmonthly bank statements. There were also problems in not abiding by our governing documents when home improvements were requested, and inability to respond to emails in a timely manner, inaccurate book keeping, and overall dishonesty. The Board is currently working to review and possibly reclaim money that has been overpaid to Four Corners Management company on behalf of our Homeowners' Association.
