Opened in February of 2010 ENG Lending Cincinnati quickly became a leader in the company setting the rookie branch record for volume closed and quickly became the number 2 branch in the company. In 2011 and 2012 we were the number one branch in the company closing over $160 million in combined volume. As the market changed from a refinance based market to purchase market we have established several relationships with local real estate agents to remain in the top two branches in the company in 2013. Our loan officers experience and dedication to our borrowers is second to known. Our in house underwriting offers quick and accurate underwriting approvals. We are NOT a mortgage broker. We are an FDIC insured bank.
