He is very reasonable, affordable, accommodating, and does not try to oversell. He has worked in the area for years so he is local and does a great job.

I have used Gary several times,  He is fair, honest and professional.  I can count on him to tell me what I need as well as what I do not need.

We had an oil change and a flush and fill done on our 13 yr old Honda odyssey. Gary is always very friendly and easy to chat with. They allow me to drop off the key, pay via phone, pick up after hours etc, to make it easier on us.
The only reason I gave them a B is because they have no weekend hours. Other than that, they are very friendly and don't over charge.

my toyota wasn't running well and i knew i couldn't fix it myself.  auto medic was nearby and took me right in.  within a couple of hours i was good to go once again!    when i asked if the car would be okay to drive to maine for christmas he said it would.
  and it was!

Front wheels started wobbling when hit a manhole or small bump. The car shook every time, moving the steering wheel back and forth slightly. Auto Medic diagnosed the problem and fixed it in only a few hours.

I dropped the car, and they gave me a ride home.  the car was on budget, and finished on time.  It handles like new.

They were very reasonable, and they were able to get us in quickly. My husband was the one who spoke mostly to the gentleman, and he felt like he was very knowledgeable. He is planning on having him work on his 14-year old Lexus because they seem to have a lot of knowledge on older cars, and that is what we were looking for. We thought that the pricing was reasonable. They were fine.

Made appt day before. Left car to be evaluated for hub & bearing, muffler corrosion & oil change. They called w/ estimate for hub assembly & I approved it. Dealer had said I needed that & a new muffler.. Auto Medic said muffler OK. They forgot the oil change which was OK. They are expensive for an oil change & it was not critical. Can't verify quality, but I was told there is a 1 yr/ 12,000 mile guarantee. Don't know if that covers labor.

I've been working with Auto Medic for years. They have always been honest with me and treated me fair. They stand behind their work. I usually call ahead and get on their schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Breaks were making a noise on 2006 Honda Civic. They checked the breaks and found uneven wear due to break pads sticking. Break pads were replaced and outside of the pads were greased to prevent future sticking. Rear breaks were checked and found to have only 25% wear. Cleaned the rear breaks. Owner showed the parts that were replaced and the location of the uneven wear on the pads. The cost of the repairs was inexpensive versus similar work by other shops that I've had completed on the breaks on this vehicles.

We thought we had to get a new transmission the last time, but the guy said that we did not need it. They have always been very honest with us and we can take our car there anytime if there is an emergency.

I like him a lot. The last time he was not able to work on my car and pushed it to another company that deals with foreign cars. However he did not charge me for pushing the car to that company and for diagnosing the problem. He is really good with domestic cars, though not very good with foreign cars. He will tell me upfront if he could fix the problem or not. He is very honest.

They addressed the problem quickly, ordered required parts through a dealer, completed the repair quickly and effectively, and stayed within their estimate. Very pleased with the workmanship, price, project management and personal service.

Excellent! Gary went out of his way to squeeze me in the same day I called. I have a '97 BMW and was concerned that there were some serious problems with the car. He could easily have taken advantage of me but he was very open saying what needed to be done and what didn't. The only thing he couldn't fix was the Check Engine light because BMW has the patent on the analysis equipment. But, I will be using The Auto Medic for all my basic service needs.

GARY, THE OWNER, COULD HAVE CHARGED US MUCH MORE FOR THE WORK BUT HE DIDN'T. THE DEALER WOULD HAVE STARTED AT $60 FOR THIS PROBLEM THAT TURNED OUT TO BE CARBON BUILD UP IN A FUEL LINE. GARY'S GUYS JUST CLEANED IT OUT AND CHARGED US FOR THE 1/2 HOUR. SINCE THEN, WE HAVE TAKEN OUR MINI COOPER TO GARY WHO ALSO WORKS ON BMWS. HE WAS VERY UP FRONT ABOUT CERTAIN DIAGNOSTICS HE COULD NOT DO BECAUSE OF PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE MINI HAS NOT RELEASED. WE DECIDED TO LET HIM DO GENERAL MAINTENANCE LEAVING ANY BIG PROBLEMS TO A MINI DEALER. THIS HAS SAVED US A BUNDLE.

THEY WERE ABLE TO WORK US IN THE SAME DAY WE CALLED. INITIALLY THEY THOUGHT THEY COULD INSPECT THE CAR, BUT THE ENTIRE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN A FEW HOURS. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.

I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK.
