+ -1 moreTHIS IS A FIRST TIME MORTGAGE. THEY ARE CLAIMING THAT I HAVE TAKEN OUT A SECOND MORTGAGE FOR $27,500 WHICH I HAVE NOT DONE. WHEN I CALL THEM THE MANAGER WON'T GET ON THE PHONE AND NOW THEY ARE CLAIMING THAT THERE IS A LIEN ON MY HOUSE. I CAN'T REFINANCE UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED.
