It went great. He came out and completed the job the same day, on a Saturday. He did explain that I could purchase a new dryer for a little more. He wanted to be open and honest about repair cost vs replacement. I decided to go forward with the repair. It is nice for someone to explain choices even when it may be a loss of business for them.

Extremely well, he arrived on time and explained what needed to be done.

The repairman was very knowledgable about the problem with my washing machine. We ended up having to get a new washer, but he gave us his recommendations on what brand washing machines are the best.

He came over within a half hour of calling on a Saturday and fixed it right away. Also installed the replacement ice maker that we had bought but didn't put in yet.

Greg is a straight-shooter on pricing and very quick. We didn't have to sit around all day like we have with other appliance repair people. We definitely recommend Greg and Advanced Refrigeration & Appliance Repair.

Greg came to the house an after I called him and he was great.  Greg could not fix our dryer after and hour of trying he was great at explaining everything as well as being very detailed  The dryer was heating up and no lint blockage which made the job more interesting. When everything was completed Greg said he would not charge me for the service call because he could not fix the problem.  Greg felt it might be something with the Sensor Boards which are expensive and recommended we look into a new dryer.  I could not ask for more honesty from a service tech he had nothing to gain by recommending I get a new dryer and could have just replaced the circuit board to make money.

Greg did a great job and was very professional. He came to the house on Christmas Eve with only one day's notice when other repairmen couldn't schedule until a week later. The dryer is now working as expected. Christmas saved.

Greg came out within 2 hours knowing we were heading out of town. Fixed a leaking water line in the refrigerator. Very polite and friendly. Great guy! Would recommend

It is a Saturday morning about 10:30 A.M.  I had my front load washer drain some of its wash water all over my floor.  Since I am an older gentleman, I tried to get an appliance service to come out ASAP to help me address this problem.  At many of the businesses, I got an answering machine, no answer at all, or they couldn't come out until Tuesday of the following week.  I was pleasantly surprised that I got a real person (Greg) answering when I called Advanced Refrigeration & Appliance Repair.  Greg said that as soon as he finished the job he was on, he would be out.  An hour and a half he was out and discovered that the drain hose had a kink in it and somehow got pushed out of the waste pipe.  He took down the model number of the washer and helped me move it so I could mop up the floor.  Since the parts supply house was closed for the weekend, Greg said he would get the part on Monday and be back to finish the job.  He returned Monday morning and finished the job. There was no further service call charge, only labor to replace the part.  The part was about 58% of the job total.  Everything was placed back in its original position and was cleaned up.  The washer was even run through a cycle to check for any further leaks.  Greg was a very courteous  and knowledgeable service person, one I won't hesitate to call when I need refrigeration or appliance repair.

Greg is always available when unexpected repair needs arise. This is the second time i've had a sudden fridge event where I faced loosing my food and he comes out as quickly as he can. While he was here my washer started making bad noises and I was able to have him fix that as well. He is friendly and thorough.

Our Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling on Saturday over Memorial Day Weekend.  We thought we'd be lucky to get to get anyone to come out over a holiday.  Greg came out within an hour of calling him.  He said the compressor was bad. He had to order the part and would be back on Tuesday morning to put it in.  We were just glad we didn't have to buy a new fridge.  Greg is very courteous and I will definitely call him again if I have the need for any household appliance repairs.

Greg repaired the alignment of the door and ensured all coils were free of ice and blockage. Highly recommend and would use his services again. Good work, professional and cares about quality.

Great! Except we need a new refrigerator. It is still cooling and freezing, but we are saving up for a new one, hopeful this one lasts a lot longer, except no ice dispenser or water dispenser. And did not charge us because of that fact, that we need a new referring. I recommend this company highly for good and honest work. Thank you, Greg!

I called on Tuesday and I was the first appointment Wednesday morning. He gave me a time he could come, which was more convenient than a 4 hour window you often get, and he did a great job. He quickly figured out the problem and fixed it without trying to sell me any parts I didn't need. He was professional and very helpful.

He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly, then he looked at everything again to make sure he was trouble-shooting it correctly. He gave me a very honest and forthright summation of what had happened (the ice maker had malfunctioned and poured water all over the freezer coils and fan, which then froze up). He was as polite and professional as you could ask, and very, very honest about the cost to repair - basically, I opted to buy a new refrigerator. He cleaned everything up, gave me great advice about how to deal with our hard water, and recommended brands that have easy parts accessibility and repair options here in Cincinnati. I felt I could trust him completely, and would definitely bring him back for any other major appliance issues! As a side note, I will never buy another Fridgidaire appliance again - this refrigerator was only 4 years old!
