Was not given a price, even though I requested it several times-told ''insurance company will take care of it'', came promptly, left trash outside for several days, then did not remove all, guarantee never explained, came promptly.

THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND REASONABLY PRICED. THEY WERE ALSO VERY QUICK AND I DIDN''T FEEL ENOUGH EFFORT WAS PUT INTO MY PROBLEM AREAS. I HAD SOME PET STAINS IN TWO CORNERS. SERVICEMASTER ADVERTISES ''PET ODOR REMOVAL'' AND I WAS SPECIFIC WHEN I CALLED ABOUT THE NATURE OF MY PROBLEM (CAT URINE), TO WHICH THEY INDICATED NO PROBLEM. WHEN THEY SHOWED UP TO CLEAN I HAD TO SIGN A DISCLAIMER SAYING THAT THEY COULDN''T PROMISE TO GET RID OF THE ODOR -- AND THEY DIDN''T! THEY INJECTED THE CARPET WITH SOMETHING, BUT USED SO LITTLE (COMPARED TO THE AREA IN QUESTION) I WASN''T SURPRISED IT HAD NO EFFECT.
