Outside The Box Moving

It went very well. It was a bad weather day, and all was done quickly and efficiently. The men who organized the move, and who did the actually moving were professional and exceptionally helpful.

We were moving my son into a cheaper apartment and got a few bids for moving the heavy stuff. Most of the bids were by the hour. Because the first apartment was fourth floor (with elevator) most places bid for three movers and they were estimating time. Outside The Box bid by item. This made me feel better because I knew exactly how much I was spending and it wasn't contingent on how fast the movers were. The first truck that they sent was too tall for the parking garage according to the signage, so they went to get a smaller truck. Because this took extra time, they sent out 5 movers to get it done faster. The guys were professional and friendly and did a fantastic job of moving some heavy stuff including an IKEA storage bed that weighs at least 225 pounds! Because there were five movers, they got it done in two hours not including the time they were gone switching out the truck. Btw, if you think that your movers have done a good job, it's nice to tip them. They are being paid an hourly wage.

Great service!! Move was within the same zip code, so worked out perfectly. Movers were very professional in explaining the insurance liability options and additional charges if it would go over the reserved time. Also, furniture items were individually wrapped before loading and door trims were padded before moving items in and out of the houses.

Outside The Box responded promptly from my first inquiry and was easy to communicate with - mostly via text. They charged a very reasonable rate and accommodated our schedule as best they could. They showed up when they said they would and handled everything with care but quickly. I would definitely hire them for a future move!

Great! Exactly the service we needed.

Excellent. They were so professional and timely. We were worried about how we would store and move our things. The owner came to our house to help us decide the most cost effective way to help us. Would highly recommend their company. Also the owners helped with the moving process so that everything went smoothly.

Received call next morning and they was able to do the move later that day! Very good service.

We were very happy with them. We thought the price was fair for the work they did. The power lift they had on the truck was a nice feature, because it was easier for them to keep our belongings safe. Just be aware that their truck is very large and needs lots of room.

After getting married 8 months earlier, we decided to build a house outside the area and sell my husband's bachelor condo and move into my downtown condo during the build.   The Westerville condo sold very quickly- we closed 37 days after listing!  Since we were placing the majority of my husband's condo into storage, we rented from BINS and filled the first container just after listing with stuff not needed to stage the condo for sale.  When we realized we had such a compressed timeframe to be out of the Westerville condo, we knew we couldn't possibly do it ourselves.  We asked BINS for a recommendation and they recommended Outside the Box since they specialize in moving households into these storage containers.  
We couldn't be happier.  They were on time.  They were polite.  They were very careful with our belongings.  Our quoted price actually came in less than the original estimate.  We were extremely impressed and would gladly invest in their company- it's that good!
We will be using Outside the Box again when our new home is built, both to move the belongings out of the downtown condo as well as unload all of the bins at the new location.

After calling several highly rated moving companies on Angie's List who did not seem eager to bid on this job, I hired Outside the Box Moving. I had used this company once before and been satisfied. They were happy to talk to me, gave me an approximate estimate, and scheduled the job. My daughter did all of the packing herself, with some help during the last week from my husband and me.  The movers were scheduled to arrive between 9:30 and 10 AM on moving day, and they got there at 9:45 AM.  After doing a walk-through of her apartment and counting all of the boxes and other items, the team leader told me that instead of the estimated 60 boxes discussed on the phone, he counted 130 boxes! He gave me a new estimate, which seemed reasonable considering the amount of work involved. The three guys worked tirelessly and efficiently to load the truck with all of the furniture, boxes, and other items. They were very careful, including wrapping chests of drawers with plastic wrap to protect them and keep the filled drawers securely closed. The whole job, including the 40-minute drive between old and new apartments, took about 5 - 6 hours. Everything arrived safely except for one small picture whose glass broke. The guys were very friendly, accommodating, strong, speedy, and professional. I would definitely recommend this company and hire them again.
